How to book a room?

What is included in the room?
In all our bedrooms you will find flat screen TV with a remote control, tea and coffee making facilities, a comfortable hypnos bed and en suite bathroom.
What is included in a price of the room?
There are no added extras and the price includes VAT.
Do you serve meals?
The Lodge has a bar and riverside restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, please click here for details.
Where do I park?
We have a large secured car park with 250 spaces at the back of the hotel which is free for all guests. We also offer you 7 nights' free parking if you stay with us before you fly from Bournemouth Airport.
Do you have rooms for families?
Yes, we do have family rooms which have a double bed and a double sofa bed for children.
Are there disabled facilities?
We have 11 bedrooms on the ground floor however the bathrooms are not adapted for wheelchair access.
Can I bring a pet?
Unfortunately we cannot accept pets.
Do you provide hairdryers and irons?
Yes, we do. There is a hairdryer in each bedroom.
The iron and the iron boards are on stands on each floor.
Do you provide cots?
Yes, we do. However it is advisable to inform us at the time of booking if you need one.
Can I smoke?
The lodge is completely non- smoking.
Can I leave my luggage?
If you arrive before 3pm and your room isn't ready for you,
you can leave your luggage and go and explore Ferndown. When you check out you can also leave your luggage and pick it up later in the day.
Can I pay by cheque?
We do not accept cheques.
Can I pay by cash?
Yes, you can.
Which cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards but not American Express or Diners Club.
