How to book a room?

What is included in the room?
In all our bedrooms you will find a flat screen TV with freeview, free wireless internet, tea and coffee making facilities, a comfortable hypnos bed and en suite bathroom.
What is included in a price of the room?
You can choose to simply book only the room for the night, or for an inclusive room and breakfast rate. All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Are the rooms noisy?
Because we do not have a bar or restaurant on site, the only noise will come from the street at the front of the lodge.
Do you serve meals?
The Lodge offers an optional continental breakfast which we serve to your room. The Lodge doesn't offer lunch or dinner, however there is an abundance of cafés, bars and restaurants within seconds of the front door.
Where do I park?
Due to our town centre location we are unable to offer on site parking but there is a large pay and display car park about 100 metres from the lodge, which is free from 6pm to 9am and free all day on Sunday.
Do you have rooms for families?
Yes, we do have family rooms which have a double bed and a single bed.
Are there disabled facilities?
We have eleven bedrooms on the ground floor however the bathrooms are not full adapted for wheelchair access.
Can I bring a pet?
Unfortunately we cannot accept pets.
Do you provide hairdryers and irons?
Yes, we do. There is a hairdryer in each bedroom. The iron and the iron boards are on stands on each floor.
Do you provide cots?
Yes, we do. However it is advisable to inform us at the time of booking if you need one.
Can I smoke?
The lodge is completely non-smoking.
Can I leave my luggage?
If you arrive before 3pm and your room isn't ready for you, you can leave your luggage and go and explore Yeovil. When you check out you can also leave your luggage and pick it up later in the day.
Can I pay by cheque?
We do not accept cheques.
Can I pay by cash?
Yes, you can.
Which cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards but not American Express or Diners Club.
